In-Store Standard Returns (Year-Round)

We will gladly exchange or issue a gift card for merchandise purchased within 30 days when accompanied by the original receipt.
All products must be unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging, including any warranty information.
Refunds can only be issued by the store where the item was originally purchased.

Appliances are exchange only. Appliances carry a one-year warranty. To process an exchange, the appliance must be in its original packaging, include all parts, and be presented with the original receipt.

In-Store Final Sale Items (Year-Round)

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE:
Earrings, Wigs, Hair pieces, Accessories, Brushes, Nail polishes, Cosmetics

In-Store Holiday Extended Return Policy

For purchases made December 1 – December 31, 2025, exchanges will be accepted through January 15, 2026.
No exchanges can be processed December 26 – December 31, 2025.
Holiday exchanges apply only to unopened, unused products in original packaging with the receipt.
Appliances must include all parts, original packaging, and warranty information.

Our Online refund and exchange policies are as follows:

  • Returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via our Contact Us link.
  • Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt).
  • Defective products and products under warranty will be replaced and/or credited as online store credit at our discretion, depending on product availability.
  • If you are not satisfied with the performance of a product or believe it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement or an online store credit, which may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  • For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us.
  • When a purchase is made in-store, you have the option to return or exchange the product at the store, or you may send it to our Head Office. Simply package the product with a copy of the receipt and mail it to:
