Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the date your order is placed. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is typically between 1–10 business days, depending on your shipping address and regional service availability.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We currently ship only within Canada.

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $29.99 CAD (before taxes).

  • Orders under $29.99 CAD are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 CAD.

No additional handling or packaging fees apply. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carriers

To provide the best possible delivery service, we partner with multiple carriers. The selected carrier may vary depending on your location, order size, and current carrier availability. We do not currently disclose or guarantee a specific carrier at checkout.

Canada Post Service Interruptions

In the event of Canada Post labor disruptions or service delays, we may reroute shipments through alternative carriers to minimize any delay to your order.

Please be aware that certain postal codes may still be serviced by Canada Post. If your shipping address falls in one of these areas, delays are possible. You’ll be notified during checkout if your location is affected.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding statutory Canadian holidays. Orders are not shipped on weekends.
