Our Delivery Policies

  • Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days
  • Orders normally ship via Canada Post and delivery times will vary, depending on your location
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once we process your order for delivery
  • If you are not available to receive your delivery, the driver may choose to leave a notice card for pickup at the nearest postal outlet
  • You have 7 days to pick up your order from a postal outlet or it will be returned to us
  • We reserve the right to ship parcels to directly to the nearest postal outlet due to weather conditions, size of the parcel, or to avoid theft
  • We only ship to Canadian addresses

Our refund and exchange policies are as follows:

Returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via our Contact Us link. 

For most returns, we will provide you with a link to obtain a return shipping label, free of charge. Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, in it’s original packaging. and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt).

Defective products and products under Warranty will be replaced and/or given an online store credit at our discretion, and based on product availability. If you are not happy with the performance of a product or feel that it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement product or an online store credit, which may be issued, at our discretion, as determined on a case by case basis.

For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us

When a purchase is made at the store level, you have the option to return/exchange the product at the store, or you may send it to our Head Office via Canada Post.  Simply package the product with a copy of the receipt and mail it to 101 Jevlan Drive, Vaughan, ON, L4L 8C2. Please write the store location (and salesperson if possible) on the receipt. When we receive it, you will receive a full refund or exchange on your purchase.

Please Note that for reasons of health & hygiene - appliances, tools, hair extensions, and products that are used directly on your hair, skin, or nails, cannot be exchanged unless defective
