- Delivery times will vary, depending on your location. We ship from Ontario.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once we process your order for delivery
- If you are not available to receive your delivery, the driver may choose to leave a notice card for pickup at the nearest pickup outlet
- You normally have 7 days to pick up your order from a pickup outlet or it will be returned to us
- We reserve the right to ship parcels to directly to the nearest pickup outlet due to weather conditions, size of the parcel, or to avoid theft
- We only ship to Canadian addresses
