Application of Moustache Wax
The first thing you want to do if the tin of wax is cold or hard is warm it up (run tin under hot water, keep in pocket for extended period of time, or easiest, heat with blow dryer until the wax is softer). This first step is optional, but makes it easier to apply. Second, scrape wax out with the back of your thumb nail and rub between the index finger and thumb until you get equal amounts of wax on each. Third, apply the wax through your moustache and/or beard. Make sure to evenly distribute any wax clumps throughout your moustache and/or beard with a comb or you fingers. If you're still have issues applying moustache wax please refer to our FAQ page.

Why use an organic wax over a petrochemical based one?
The benefits of using an organic wax over a petrochemical based one is not only will it give you a great, safe hold, but often the ingredients in organic waxes will penetrate the hair shaft giving your moustache or beard a deep conditioning, thus strengthening the bristles over time. Petroleum Jelly does not penetrate the hair shaft, but coats it, creating a moisture barrier.
