Our refund and exchange policies are as follows:

  • Returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via our Contact Us link.

  • For most returns, we will provide you with a link to obtain a return shipping label, free of charge.

  • Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt).

  • Defective products and products under warranty will be replaced and/or credited as online store credit at our discretion, depending on product availability.

  • If you are not satisfied with the performance of a product or believe it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement or an online store credit, which may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

  • For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us.

  • When a purchase is made in-store, you have the option to return or exchange the product at the store, or you may send it to our Head Office via Canada Post. Simply package the product with a copy of the receipt and mail it to: 101 Jevlan Drive, Vaughan, ON, L4L 8C2. Please indicate the store location (and salesperson, if possible) on the receipt. Once we receive it, you will be issued a full refund or exchange for your purchase.

Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, appliances, tools, hair extensions, and products that are used directly on your hair, skin, or nails cannot be exchanged unless defective.
