How to Submit Your Entry

Multiple entries per individual are acceptable; each nail art will count as a separate entry.  So the more nail art you do, the more chances you have to win!!!

No purchase necessary. Only MISA nail lacquer can be used.

This contest is open to legal residents of New Brunswick, Ontario and Quebec over the age of majority in their province of residence.  Contest runs from October 1, 2011 at 9:00am to October 31, 2011 at 11:59pm EST.

Winners will be selected by a panel of four Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets Head Office judges based on creativity and uniqueness of nail art design and announced on November 11, 2011. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

Head Office will contact all consumer winners that week via email used for submission.  Winners will have until the end of November 25, 2011 to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within that time, an alternate winner will be drawn.

Head Office will post the consumer winners on the Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets website once all winners have claimed their prizes. Prizes will be sent to nearest Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets store location to be picked up by winner. Store staff will contact winners via the daytime phone numbers provided at time of submission when the prize is ready to be picked up. At the time of prize pick up, winners must present a valid photo ID to identify themselves as the prize winners.

Prizes of MISA nail polish and nail art will be set by Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets Head Office; no colour choice can be made by winners. No substitution of prizes is allowed. Prizes are not transferable in whole or in part.

Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets will not accept mail, courier, fax, Facebook or Twitter photo entries for this contest. Photos submitted acknowledge that the photo belongs to the entrant and copyright laws were not infringed. Photos submitted must not contain provocative, obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, or inappropriate mesages. All entries become the property of Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets, which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or altered submissions and is not responsible for technical problems with online email submissions, which could result in loss of participation of the Contest. Entries that are not properly obtained, such that they are mutilated, altered, forged, copied from sources without permission will be deemed void. Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify or ban entrants who are suspected to have been found guilty of violation of the official rules outlined. Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets shall not be liable for any unsuccessful efforts to reach the winner to claim their prize. With the exception of any legal jurisdiction, the entrant allows the use of the winner’s name, nail art submissions, cities and provinces of residence for purposes of advertising or on the Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets website without further compensation. Entrants agree to comply with these regulations and any final decisions made by Trade Secrets / Glamour Secrets.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.  Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
