We are experts at selecting high visibility retail locations within triple A list malls and outdoor retail centres, based on Trade Secrets’ exacting site criteria. We will work with you to ensure ideal site selection that meets our high standards for visibility, demographics and traffic counts. We research local demographics, and consider factors such as population density, age of residents and household income.

Trade Secrets offers a variety of services many other franchises do not. For example, we will engage in lease negotiations on behalf of the franchisee, so they have the negotiating power of a respected corporation behind them. This gives the franchisee a competitive advantage over other franchisees that must enter into a lease directly with landlords of retail centres.

Initial store design is coordinated by the Trade Secrets Construction Department. Each store is designed with the location size in mind that allows for modifications.

Trade Secrets also manages the construction to maintain the exacting and rigorous standards and design of each store. Trade Secrets provides the franchisee a complete store schematic and set-up plan as well as merchandising materials and opening inventory, to ensure consistency in appearance and brand throughout the organization.

As a Trade Secrets franchisee, you will undergo three weeks of intensive in-store training during which you will learn everything you need to know about operating your franchise.

You will cover all aspects of the Trade Secrets business, including merchandising, customer service, cash management, advertising, promotions and store opening/closing procedures.

But the training does not stop there! From the day you open your store, you will receive continuous operational support to help ensure your success.

You will benefit from the strong relationships Trade Secrets has built with brand name product manufacturers. These relationships allow you to carry an extensive variety of salon-quality products at competitive prices. Trade Secrets buys direct from the manufacturer and eliminates the middle man, further benefiting your bottom line.
